As women globally continue to pursue equality in the work place and step into traditionally male roles and career fields, we want to encourage them with exciting success stories from women in every industry who have and are currently leading the way. This encouragement and inspiration needs to begin at an early age, and STEM Women Magazine is focused on just that.

From secretary to scientist, nurse to nuclear engineer, astronaut to auto mechanic, STEM skills are critical to success. The diversity of including women in every known career field can only serve to enhance and propel that industry into greater success and innovation.
